Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method as soon as we receive and inspect the returned package. Returns processing fee of $6 per return order will be deducted from your refund. If the refund was approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve received your return, please contact us at hello@seamlessbikinis.com.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them - unwashed, unworn, and unused, free of any scents/substances. When trying on your new swimsuit, please wear underwear underneath / use a hygienic liner.

***Only orders shipped to USA are eligible for returns

*** Customized items are not eligible for returns, but certain items can be sent back for alterations.


Alterations

What can be altered:

Sizing down — making a swimsuit smaller for a better fit.

Coverage adjustments — reducing coverage on bikini tops, bikini bottoms, and one-pieces (for example, cutting a higher-rise bottom to a lower rise, making leg cut higher by removing fabric, lowering the neckline)

What can't be altered:

Adding fabric or coverage — Any change that requires adding new material is not possible as an alteration, as this would essentially mean remaking the piece entirely.

Fabric changes — Switching to a different fabric type is not possible as an alteration, as it requires constructing a new piece from scratch.

 

Exchanges

Fabrics are often limited in availability so it's not guaranteed that the item you want will be in stock by the time we receive your return. 

Instead, here's how it works:

  1. submit your return (see return policy above to confirm your item is eligible for a return)
  2. place a new order separately for the piece you'd like

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable items

Customized items cannot be returned, as they are made uniquely for each customer. Non-customized items are eligible for return, provided they are unused. Any items that show signs of use, such as stains or odors, are not eligible for return. This includes items that have been washed, as washing implies prior use.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
